REFUND POLICY

At intraecom.com, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair. This policy applies in addition to your legal right of withdrawal.

General Refund Conditions

For a refund to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

•Timeframe: The refund request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with your right of withdrawal. Beyond this period, refunds can only be granted under the product warranty for manufacturing defects.

•Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, complete, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or whose original packaging is missing or deteriorated by the Customer will not be eligible for a full refund or may result in a deduction.

•Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation) is required for any refund request.

Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below:

1.Contact our Customer Service: Send an email to hello@intraecom.com stating your order number and the reason for your refund request. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions for the return.

2.Prepare the Return: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Ensure the product is well protected for transport.

3.Ship the Return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the product is deemed defective or not compliant with the order. We will provide you with the return address. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4.Product Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and compliance with the refund conditions.

5.Process the Refund: If the product complies, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Special Cases

•Defective or Non-Compliant Product: If you receive a product that is defective or does not comply with your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including initial shipping costs.
