These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between intraecom.com and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as « the Customer ») making a purchase on the intraecom.com website. Any order placed on the intraecom.com website implies prior and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by intraecom.com to the Customer.
Article 2: Products
intraecom.com offers modern furniture and home decor items for sale. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the intraecom.com website in the product sheet for each item. The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors. Products are offered within the limits of available stock.
Article 3: Prices
Product prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer before the order is validated. intraecom.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order validation.
Article 4: Order
The Customer can place an order on the intraecom.com website. The ordering process includes the following steps:
1.Product selection: The Customer adds the desired products to their cart.
2.Cart validation: The Customer checks the content of their cart and validates their selection.
3.Identification: The Customer identifies themselves or creates an account if necessary.
4.Delivery and billing information: The Customer enters the delivery and billing addresses.
5.Choice of delivery method: The Customer selects the desired delivery method.
6.Choice of payment method: The Customer chooses their payment method.
7.Order confirmation: The Customer checks all information and validates their order by accepting these GTC. This validation constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract.
intraecom.com will confirm the order by email as soon as possible. This confirmation will summarize the products ordered, the price, delivery costs, and payment terms.
Article 5: Payment
Orders are paid online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or via PayPal. Payment is secured by a data encryption system. The order will only be considered validated after payment confirmation by the banking institution.
Article 6: Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the product and destination. intraecom.com undertakes to respect the announced delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Article 8: Warranty
All products sold by intraecom.com benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code. Article 9: Liability
intraecom.com cannot be held responsible for inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 10: Personal Data
Personal information and data collected by intraecom.com are necessary for order management and commercial relations. They are processed in accordance with our ‘Privacy Policy’.
Article 11: Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
